The Course

Grandma Laila will show you how to make the perfect fettuccine: no machines, just your hands, the freshest local ingredients and love. Once you have learned the technique, you can prepare fresh egg pasta not only for fettuccine, but for a myriad of preparations such as lasagna, ravioli, tortellini etc.
